1. About us
This website is operated by Protek Devices, the authorised importer and distributor of Meguiar's products in Pakistan. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Protek Devices. "You" refers to the person visiting this website or placing an order through it.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order through this website.
3. Products
We sell genuine Meguiar's products imported through our authorised distribution channel.
Product photographs are provided as a guide. Packaging, labelling and formulation are set by the manufacturer and may change without notice to us. Where the product you receive differs from the image shown, the manufacturer's current packaging applies.
We make every effort to display colours and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly.
4. Product use
Meguiar's products are formulated for specific surfaces and applications. Always read the label and follow the manufacturer's directions before use.
We are not responsible for damage caused by a product being used on an unsuitable surface, applied contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or used for a purpose it was not designed for. If you are unsure which product suits your situation, contact us before buying.
5. Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
All products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item shows as available but is in fact out of stock. Where this happens we will contact you promptly and offer either an alternative or a full refund.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and the contract between us is formed at that point.
We may decline or cancel an order, before or after acceptance, where:
- the product is unavailable;
- there is an error in the price or product description;
- we are unable to verify the delivery or payment details provided; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you provide.
8. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
Meguiar's, the Meguiar's logo and all associated product names and marks are the property of Meguiar's, Inc. They are used on this website under our authorised distributor arrangement. Nothing on this site transfers any right in those marks to you.
The layout, text and photography on this website are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to introduce malicious code or interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- to collect data about other users; or
- to place orders you do not intend to pay for.
We may withdraw access to the site from anyone who breaches this clause.
11. Accuracy of the site
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Where information is out of date, we are under no obligation to update it except as required by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product bought through this website is limited to the price you paid for that product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of use, or damage to a vehicle arising from the misuse of a product or from use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

This website may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products, or their handling of your data.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
